FocusGrove

1. Information We Collect

FocusGrove does not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, no registration, and no login.

All data you enter — including focus tasks, habits, daily tasks, session history, and XP progress — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage framework (SwiftData). This data never leaves your device.

2. Notifications

FocusGrove may ask for permission to send you local notifications — for example, habit reminders or session alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device.

• We use Apple's local notification system only. No push notification servers are used.
• No notification content is transmitted to us or any third party.
• You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your device's Settings.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information with third parties, with one narrow exception: messages you submit through the in-app Contact Us form are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, solely to route your message to us so we can respond. Formspree only receives what you type into that form (name, email, message) — nothing else about you or your usage of the app is ever shared.

FocusGrove does not include any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking frameworks. The only third-party service used is the Formspree contact-form processor described above.

4. Analytics & Tracking

FocusGrove does not use any analytics, crash-reporting services, or behavioural tracking tools. We do not track how you use the app.

The only usage data we may receive is aggregate, anonymous information provided by Apple through the App Store (such as total download counts), which is subject to Apple's own privacy policy and contains no personally identifiable information.

5. In-App Purchases

FocusGrove is currently free with no in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced in a future version, all payment processing will be handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We will never see or store your payment details.

6. Children's Privacy

FocusGrove does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for all ages in that regard.

The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and contains no harmful content.

7. Your Data & Deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you are always in full control of it.

• To delete all FocusGrove data, simply delete the app from your device.
• Your data may be included in iCloud backups if you have iCloud backup enabled on your device — this is controlled by your own Apple account settings, not by us.
• We have no ability to access, retrieve, or delete data on your behalf.

8. Security

Because all data stays on your device, your information benefits from the full security of your device itself — including Face ID, Touch ID, passcode protection, and iOS encryption. We have no servers that could be breached, because we store nothing.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy — for example, if a future version of the app introduces new features that affect privacy — we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the bottom.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
